Notes on the URL format

In the following, endpoint urls will contain parameters like :id or :country.
These need to be substituted with either the Opendi ID or the country in which
the listing should appear.

For the sake of completeness, these are the available substitutions:

:id: The Opendi ID
:country: The country in which the listing should appear.
:imageid: A unique ID given by Opendi to an previously uploaded image.

No further notice is given in the endpoint descriptions.

For the time being allowed values for country are:
